Cafe Manager
We are seeking an dynamic and energetic professional who has experience in a cafe environment. You must have good coffee making skills and a focus on customer service. You will lead and motivate a small team. You must have a passion for the retail/service industry and thirst for knowledge. You day to day role will be leading a team to hit sales and profit targets, stock control, customer service, administration, training and staff management.
To take on this opportunity you will need:
- A minimum of three years experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- A flexible, focused and hands on approach
- Passion for coffee and cafe culture
- Food safety compliance and OH&S
Barista
Applicants must:
- have at least 3 years experience on the coffee machine and be passionate about the coffee business.
- be able to free pour and respond to customers individual coffee requests
- be enthusiastic and self motivated
- have strong customer service skills
- be able to work 40 hours a week
Successful applicants will complete a MYO barista course and will take full responsibility for the coffee in our espresso bar.
Customer Service
An incredible opportunity exists within Australia's fastest growing group of espresso bars for a motivated individual who would like to further their hospitality career.
Using your previous customer service experience, you will be part of a team that will deliver the best possible experience to our customers. You will be trained in all areas of the espresso bar, so a willingness to learn is a must.
You must be friendly and out-going. You must be clean and presentable. You must pay attention to detail and excel in all aspects of your work.
Kitchen attendant
We are looking for a Kitchen Attendant to join a busy and vibrant kitchen team. You will be responsible for the hygiene standards in the kitchen by helping to maintain cleanliness of the fridges, kitchen equipment and storage areas.
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Basic food preparation
- Washing dishes
- Maintaining a clean kitchen and staff room
- Rubbish removal
